Not at all—we specifically design our programs for adults over 45 who are new to mindfulness or returning after a long break. Our Mindfulness Foundations course starts with the absolute basics: breath awareness and simple seated meditation. You'll learn at your own pace with no judgment, and many participants tell us they wish they'd started sooner.
We teach the 5-minute rule: even a short daily practice beats sporadic longer sessions. Start with just breath awareness during your morning coffee, then gradually build from there. Our daily integration module shows you how to weave mindfulness into activities you already do—walking, eating, listening—so it feels natural, not like another task on your to-do list.
Our monthly Community Workshops Series happens in person across Tallinn—we believe the real magic happens when you meet other people on similar journeys. Our Social Connection Strategies course doesn't pretend isolation is just about willpower—we explore why meaningful friendships feel harder in your second act, then give you real tools for authentic communication and vulnerability. You'll also connect with peers facing the same challenges, which itself becomes part of the healing.
